EASY FRIED RICE
Ingredients:
2 tsp oil
1 egg (beaten)
2 rashers (chopped)
8 - 10 mushrooms (sliced)
1 mug frozen peas
1 garlic clove (crushed)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
2 tsp (soy sauce)
1 tsp (sugar)
250 g cooked rice
Method:

Heat oil in the frying pan and tip in the beaten egg.

Leave to set (30 sec - 1 min).Tip it out onto a plate and cut into thin slices.

Add the bacon & mushrooms to the pan. Fry until golden (about 3 minutes).

Add peas, garlic & ginger cooking for 1 more minute.

Mix the soy sauce & sugar together.

Turn up the heat,add the cooked rice and heat through.

Pour in the soy sauce mix.

Stir through the egg and serve!
Voila, today's lunch sorted!
