The Community Connector organises events for students to meet new people, play some games, chat and generally have a good time!

 

T.G.I. Friday!

Relax after a hard week of college and ease into the weekend with our new Friday evening event from 5pm-8pm in The Hub, Aras na Mac Leinn. This is a time to relax, enjoy our huge assortment of treats & snacks, meet some new people, have a chat, listen to some music, try your hand at our variety of board-games, and of course, there is the brand new kitchen to make tea/coffee and even cook some pizza's! 

 

Global Lounge

The Global Lounge is a weekly event that takes place every Saturday in The Hub, Aras na Mac Leinn. It is a relaxed, friendly environment where students can hang out, enjoy FREE refreshments, snacks and use the newly opened and fully kitted out kitchen. There are also a variety of games to choose from, we listen to music, and discuss a variety of topics along the way!

 

These are completely student-focused projects, which is always open to the opinions and ideas of students as to what they would like to see in future events. There is no set format as to how each event goes, that gets decided by the students!
